Old chat logs can be fun and harmless unless (!) you explore one's from people you've dated. That's when trouble starts.

I have no idea what this "facebook" thing you refer to is????

NO its not healthy to dig into old chat logs... but it is something i have been known to do, and will likely do again!! Is it healthy to go to ex's facebook walls?

No... particularly not the ones of people you've dated.

I also have been on a "music I haven't listened to in ages" kick. My fileserver died a month or so ago and I got around to restoring everything to a little mini network drive, so now I'm like "oh cool, I forgot about this, and this, and that."
